These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website, run by Lushiberries, and to every order you place with us for fashion (imitation) jewellery. Please read them carefully. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using This Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • Please give accurate details when you sign up or order. You are responsible for keeping your account login safe.
  • You must not misuse the website, place false orders or try to break its security.

Products and Prices

We try to show every product, photo and price accurately. Small differences in colour or appearance can happen. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

About Our Products

All our jewellery is fashion (imitation) jewellery. It is not made of gold, silver or precious stones unless the product page says so.

The finish can fade if the piece is exposed to water, perfume or lotions. Please follow the care tips on each product page.

Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.

Orders and Payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a payment looks suspicious; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Where available, Cash on Delivery must be paid in full when the order is delivered.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you give.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the name Lushiberries, logo, photos and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction where Lushiberries carries on business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
